Northwest Portland Landscaping: Patio Overhaul

Mary and Richard H. are in the Claremont development in Northwest Portland. They were interested in upgrading their basic aggregate patio for a large family gathering coming up.

Classic Garden Creations owner Jim Bremer recommended pavers as the best way to go for this project. The durability and low maintenance of pavers was just what the homeowners wanted for their patio. Pavers also have an abrasive finish that makes them easier to walk on during the rainy months.

Jim designed a circle system patio along the back of the house, and added a sitting bench along the back edge of the patio. Our clients were very pleased with the finished project. They hired us back the following year to build a sidewalk along one side of the house out of the same pavers.
